Hyderabad · Cafes & restaurants

You are paying ₹1,20,456 a month to be found.

That is what a cafe doing 30 delivery orders a day hands to the aggregators before it has paid for a single kilo of coffee. I build the channel that takes some of it back — and the Google listing that brings people through the door in the first place.

Free first: I'll build your page before you pay me anything. ↓

The arithmetic

Where a month of delivery actually goes.

30 orders a day at ₹400 average. Nothing unusual — a normal week for a busy neighbourhood cafe.

Monthly delivery revenue ₹3,60,000
₹79,200
Commission
₹14,256
GST on commission
₹27,000
Packaging
₹2,39,544
Stays with you

₹1,20,456 leaves the building every month. Roughly ₹14.5 lakh a year, before food cost, rent or wages. Move even 15% of your repeat orders onto a channel you own and you keep about ₹18,068 of it. That is the whole argument.

Rates used: 22% commission (platforms charge 18–28%), 18% GST levied on the commission itself, ₹30/order packaging. Sponsored listings, payment gateway fees and your share of platform discounts are on top of this and are not counted here. Bring me your last settlement statement and I'll run your real figures.

What I do

Three problems. Everything else is decoration.

Found

People two streets away can actually find you.

Most cafe traffic starts with someone typing "cafe near me" while already standing outside. That result is decided by your Google Business Profile — categories, hours, photos, review velocity — not by how good your Instagram grid is. This is the cheapest thing to fix and usually the fastest to show a number.

Direct

Your regulars order without a middleman taking a quarter.

Ordering and table booking on your own domain, your own QR codes, payments straight into your account. New customers can keep coming through the apps. The people who already know what they want should not cost you 25% every single time.

Answered

Nobody gives up because the phone rang during the rush.

A WhatsApp assistant trained on your real menu handles the hours, the directions, the "do you have parking", the booking for six at eight. It replies in English, Telugu or Hindi, at 11pm, while you are closing the till.

What I don't do: run your Instagram, print your flyers, or sell you a logo you didn't ask for.

How this starts

I'll build it first. Then you decide.

Deciding whether a website is worth ₹20,000 while looking at nothing is a hard ask, so I don't ask it. Send me your menu and a few photos and I'll build the real page for your cafe — properly, not a mockup — and put it on a live link. No charge, no obligation, no card details.

If you like it, we move it onto your own domain and start. If you don't, keep the link and we'll leave it there. I would rather spend an evening building than an hour convincing.

Send me your menu
  1. 01

    You send

Menu with current prices, a few photos, your hours.

  2. 02

    I build

A real, live page for your cafe. Two or three days.

  3. 03

    You look

On your phone, at your counter. Show your staff.

  4. 04

    You decide

Move it to your domain, or walk away. Both fine.

Pricing

Published, so you can stop reading if it's not for you.

Every price below is the whole price. Fifty percent to start, the rest on delivery. The monthly is what keeps it working after launch, and it is the part that actually matters.

T0

Google Presence Fix

₹4,999

one-time

You show up in "cafe near me". Nothing more, nothing less.

  • Business Profile claimed and fully filled
  • 20 properly shot photos, categories, hours, menu link
  • Five opening posts
  • A review-request QR card for your counter
  • A before-and-after of your Google numbers at 30 days

The cheapest way to find out whether any of this works for you.

T1

Local Presence

₹18,000 – 25,000

then ₹2,500/month

A site that loads instantly and a Google listing that ranks.

  • Everything above
  • Fast mobile site — menu, hours, photos, click-to-call, WhatsApp
  • Structured data so Google reads your hours and menu correctly
  • Hosting, edits and monthly posts on the retainer
  • A one-page report every month, whether or not you ask
T2 Most cafes

Direct Orders

₹45,000 – 60,000

then ₹6,000/month

Your repeat customers order from you instead of through a 25% cut.

  • Everything above
  • Ordering and table booking on your own domain
  • Razorpay — money lands in your account, not on a 15-day settlement
  • QR codes for tables, counter and delivery packaging
  • WhatsApp order confirmations
  • Your customer list, in your hands, exportable

Most cafes doing real delivery volume should start here.

T3

AI Front Desk

₹75,000 – 1,00,000

then ₹10,000 – 15,000/month

Nobody misses a booking because the phone rang during the rush.

  • Everything above
  • A WhatsApp assistant that answers menu questions and takes bookings
  • Trained on your actual menu — English, Telugu and Hindi
  • Review replies drafted for you to approve in one tap
  • Missed calls turned into WhatsApp follow-ups automatically

For multi-outlet groups and places where the phone is a real problem.

Prices exclude domain and hosting, which run ₹1,500–4,000 a year and are billed at cost. GST applies once I cross the registration threshold; until then invoices carry none.

Who you'd be dealing with

One engineer, in Hyderabad, who answers his own phone.

I'm Vikram. I build AI and full-stack systems for a living — the kind that run in production in regulated industries, where things breaking is genuinely somebody's problem. This is the same work, pointed at businesses on my own street.

There is no account manager and no ticket queue. You get my WhatsApp. The upside is that nothing gets lost in a handover; the honest downside is that I take a limited number of clients at a time, so if I'm full I'll tell you rather than take your advance.

I'm early in building this deliberately — which is why the first few cafes get more of my attention than the rate really justifies. If you want a long list of past clients, I don't have one yet. What I can do is build your page for free and let that be the reference.

Fair questions

Including the ones that argue against hiring me.

We're doing fine on Instagram. Why would we need this? +

You might not. Instagram is where people find you; it is not where they order, and it is not what Google reads when someone searches 'cafe near me' from two streets away. If Instagram is genuinely bringing you enough covers, keep your money. Start with the ₹4,999 Google fix and see whether the numbers move before spending anything more.

My nephew can build a website for free. +

He probably can, and for a plain menu page that may be the right call. What tends to happen is that it goes up, nobody updates it, the hours go stale, and Google quietly stops trusting the listing. What you are paying me for is the part after launch — the monthly report, the profile that stays current, and someone who answers when something breaks at 8pm on a Saturday.

Are you telling me to leave Swiggy and Zomato? +

No, and be suspicious of anyone who does. They bring you customers who have never heard of you, and that is worth paying for. The argument is narrower: your regulars — the ones who already know exactly what they want — should not cost you 25% every time they order. Move that slice, keep the rest.

How long does it take? +

The Google fix is done in a week. A site is two to three weeks from the day I have your photos and menu. Direct ordering is four to six. The delay is almost always waiting on photos, so if you have good ones ready it moves faster.

Who owns the site? +

You do. The domain is registered in your business name, the content is yours, and if you stop working with me you get the files and I help you move them. Holding a client hostage is not a business model.

What do you need from us? +

Your menu with current prices, decent photos, your correct hours, and one person I can WhatsApp for approvals. That last one matters more than the rest — projects stall on nobody deciding, not on anything technical.

Send me your menu. I'll send back a website.

No meeting, no deck, no discovery call. A WhatsApp message with your menu and three photos is enough to get started, and you'll have a link in a couple of days.
